Payment and cancellation conditions:

Within 3 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation, please pay a 30% deposit, the rest of the order value is payable at the hotel reception upon check-in.

After paying the deposit, the reservation is guaranteed.

In case of cancellation of the stay within 5 days before arrival, it is possible to use the paid amount during the next stay at the hotel.

If you do not show up at the hotel by 12.00 the next day or cancel within less than 5 days before the planned date of arrival, the amounts paid are forfeited.

Additionally in the hotel: 4-lane bowling, billiards, table tennis, squash.

Additional information:

- it is the Guest's responsibility to present a document confirming the child's date of birth
- The Family Package is not valid during the holidays 24.06-04.09.2022, holidays, holidays and weekends, picnics and other dates excluded by the Hotel
- there is no refund or compensation for unused services included in the package
- unused treatments/massages, bowling and other sports and recreation activities are forfeited
- Check-in starts at. 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:30.
